    Frozen boletus mushrooms (edulis & pinecola). Pinecola type has more dark brown cap than edulis. Pinecola mostly grow in Scandinavia and North-East part of Russia . Edulis are coming from West part Europa, Baltics, West Belaruss, Balcans

    Frozen blanched Chanterelles
    ‘Blanched’ means that mushroom is boiled for a while before freezing. This action is to take away “bitter’ taste of frozen chanterelle. However observations of many years shows that “bitter taste” mostly is the result of not correct freezing or too long store of mushrooms. Also fresh frozen mushrooms can be with good taste

    Some common features

    For Boletus mushrooms (ceps) is important % of worm and wormholes in mushroom. It can differ every year but usually for A class mushrooms it is till 5%, for B slass till 15%.
    For Chanterelles mushrooms can be cleaner or mory dirty, it depends from how wet is season
    Other features like radioactivity level in Bq, origin, crop year etc. should be specified separately for each lot

    All frozen mushrooms should be store at -18 C (or deeper minus temperature). Best before data is 2 years after production.

    Packing
    Usually 5 to 10 kg plastic bag in cartoon. round 400 kg on one euro-pallet.
