Frozen wild blueberries

  • Cleaned blueberries class A
    Cleaned berries, IQF, used e.g. for yogurt production. Berries can contain impurities up to 0,5% , laser or hand-cleaned
  • Cleaned blueberries, class B
    Ventilated berries, IQF, for e.g. pure production, this berries can contain impurities 1-2%
  • Blueberries class C
    Not cleaned berries , mostly called “juice quality” . Berries are as it come from forest, just frozen. Partly in block, partly IQF
  • Available also ORGANIC product

Frozen lingonberries

  • Cleaned lingonberries class A
    Cleaned berries, IQF. Berries are mostly red, some berries can be half white depending from origin. Berries can contain impurities up to 0,5% , laser or hand-cleaned
  • Cleaned lingonberries class B
    Ventilated berries, IQF, this berries can contain impurities 1-2%. Part of berries can be in brown, white-red or green colour. Depending from lot different colour beries can be till 20%
  • Blueberries class C
    Not cleaned berries , mostly called “juice quality” . Berries are as it come from forest, just frozen. Partly in block, partly IQF

Frozen black currant

  • Cleaned black currant class A. Cleaned IQF berries without stalks, flora impurities up to 0,5%
  • Cleaned black currant class B. Cleaned IQF berries without stalks, flora impurities up to 2 %. Can contain partly maturated berries
  • Cleaned black currant class C. Not cleaned berries as it come from field, stalks leaves , small pieces of wood up to 10%, depending from harvesting method
  • Available also ORGANIC product

Frozen sea-buckhtorn
There are 2 types of sea buckhtorn – cultivated and wild. Cultivated one goes for retail or any other purpose where berries had been used for direct consumption. Cultivated berries are bigger size and more good looking. In our area there are few types of cultivated sea-buckthorn, the most popular at customers are big yellow berries with much juice and not so strong taste as wild ones. Other popular species ar orange and orange-red color berries. Those ones has more specific “buckhtorn oil” taste. Wild sea- buckhtorn goes mostly for industry.

  • Cleaned sea buckhtorn class A. Cleaned IQF berries without stalks, flora impurities up to 0,5 % , big cultivated berries
  • Cleaned sea buckhtorn class B. Cleaned IQF berries without stalks, flora impurities up to 2 % , wild sorts of berries, size of berries are smaller than cultivated
  • Sea buckhtorn for juice. Not cleaned berries as it come from field, stalks leaves , small pieces of wood up to 20%
  • Available also ORGANIC product

Frozen cultivated raspberries

  • Cleaned raspberries class A. Cleaned berries IQF , without stalks, leaves and other impurities till 0,5%, hole berries more than 80%
  • Cleaned raspberries class B. Cleaned berries IQF , without stalks, leaves and other impurities till 0,5%, hole berries 50-60 %
  • Cleaned raspberries class C. Cleaned berries IQF , without stalks, leaves and other impurities till 2%, mostly broken berries and crumbs

  • Cleaned cranberries class A . Cleaned berries, IQF. Berries are mostly red, some berries can be half white depending from origin. Berries can contain impurities up to 0,5% , laser or hand-cleaned

Frozen cultivated cranberries (Vaccinium macrocarpon)

  • Cleaned cranberries class A . Cleaned berries, IQF. Berries are mostly red, some berries can be half white depending from origin. Berries can contain impurities up to 0,5% , laser or hand-cleaned
  • Cleaned cranberries class B . Ventilated berries, IQF . Berries can contain impurities 1-2%. Part of berries can be in white-red or half green colour. Depending from lot different colour beries can be till 20%

Frozen cultivated strawberries

  • Cleaned strawberries class A. Cleaned strawberries, IQF, for use in industry (jams, yoghurt etc. ) or for retail packing. No leaves, stalks or other big impurities. Berries are usual sorted by size e.g. -25-35 mm, 35-45 mm etc.
  • Cleaned strawberries class B. Cleaned strawberries, IQF, for use mainly in industry (jams, yoghurt etc. ). Impurities up to 2%. Some berries can be broken, unripe or with different color . Berries can be sorted by size e.g. -25-35 mm, 35-45 mm etc.

Frozen sour cherry

  • Peeled, frozen berries, available with and without stones

Frozen plums

  • Peeled, frozen plums, boneless, whole and cut in half

Frozen quinces

  • Cleaned, frozen quinces, both whole and sliced

Frozen aronia

  • Cleaned aronia class A. Cleaned IQF berries without stalks, flora impurities up to 0,5%
  • Cleaned aronia class B. Cleaned IQF berries without stalks, flora impurities up to 2 %. Can contain partly maturated berries
  • Cleaned aronia class C. Not cleaned berries as it come from field, stalks leaves , small pieces of wood up to 10%, depending from harvesting method
  • Available also ORGANIC product

Frozen red currant

  • Cleaned red currant class A. Cleaned IQF berries without stalks, flora impurities up to 0,5%
  • Cleaned red currant class B. Cleaned IQF berries without stalks, flora impurities up to 2 %. Can contain partly maturated berries
  • Cleaned red currant class C. Not cleaned berries as it come from field, stalks leaves , small pieces of wood up to 10%, depending from harvesting method

Frozen elderberries

  • Cleaned elderberries class B .
    Ventilated berries, IQF. Mostly black colour. Berries can contain impurities up to 3%
  • Cleaned elderberries class C .
    Uncleaned IQF berries , as from bush . Contain stalks, unmaturated berries etc. up to 15%

General specification

Storage and best before

All berries should be store at -18 C (or deeper minus temperature). Best before data is 2 years after production.

Some common features

Each lot has it’s own features what should be specify before the deal. Some of them are:

  • amount of berries with stalks (also called antennas);
  • amount of crashed berries or berries with different sizes;
  • anthocyanin level (for blueberries and black currants);
  • sugar content (Brix);
  • radioactivity level (Bq);
  • origin, crop year etc.

Packing types

  • 400-500 kg big bag (cartoon or plastic net)
  • 25 kg paper sack
  • 10 kg cartoons with inner plastic bag.
  • By order of client it is possible different types of packing.
  • Standard delivery around EU is 1 track =21 ton net, 28 euro pallets, 750 kg /pallet.
