We offer Cold store rental service in East of Latvia near the Russia / Belarus / Lithuania border.
If you need store any kind of frozen products in East Latvia region or on the road to Russia , Belarus or from Russia to Europa , you can use cold store service in good location , less than 100 km from Russia / Belarus border round 70 km from Lithuenia border. Cold store has Custom Storehouse licence and can have licence for store of Excise food products (e.g. alcohol). Cold store complex has 7 seperate cameras:
– 200 m2 x 4 m height (t=-20 C)
– 600 m2 x 4 m height (t=-20 C)
– 600 m2 x 4 m height (t=-20 C with posibility to switch to chill t=- 0 C + 4 C regime)
– 100 m2 x 4 m height (t=-20 C)
– 100 m2 x 4 m height (chill t=- 0 C + 4 C)
– 15 m2 x 3,5 m height (t=-20 C with posibility to switch to chill t=- 0 C + 4 C regime)
– 15 m2 x 3,5 m height (t=-20 C with posibility to switch to chill t=- 0 C + 4 C regime)
– 80 m3 freezing camera
Cold store has seperate rooms for tara storage and washing.

(VAT NOT included. If service is used by company with registration outside Latvia , e.g. some EU company, VAT = 0 % )
Storing t=-20 C – 25 EUR/t/month
Storing t=-0 C + 4 C (chill)- 23 EUR/t/month
Freezing t=+20 -> t=-20 C -30 EUR/t
Freezing other temperature range – special agreement following real costs.
Loading in- 3.6 EUR/t
Loading out- 3.6 EUR/t
Note: Price list is actual for products who arrive with temperature they supose to be store. E.g. if client want to store products t=-20C, they should be at least frozen . If products arrive with outside temperature or temperature differs from desired temperature more than +10 degrees C, till product reach desired storing temperature storing will be count following FREEZING tarif
